IRVING, Texas – April 2, 2019 – FleetPride, Inc. announced today that it has acquired the assets of Patriot Truck and Trailer, based in Texarkana, Arkansas. The company was founded by Doug Cummings in 2003, and it serves the Ark-La-Tex area with extensive fleet maintenance, repair, and parts for all makes and models of heavy-duty trucks and trailers. Customers in Texarkana will now gain additional access to FleetPride’s breadth of products, national footprint, and supply chain, including daily replenishment from FleetPride’s Dallas distribution center.
